  The staff is friendly and some of them understand English as well. You can buy new equipment on the ground floor or get old devices repaired on the first floor. If they don't have a part available, they will order one for you. But the wait can be as long as two weeks as most of the spares come from China or Thailand. The rates are okay. No one tries to you off. But that can be said of Myanmar in general.
