::It looks small but offers you a nice neighborhood with good restaurants such as Sharkey's only 2 minutes walk. Quiet and cozy place and you can enjoy a pool side breakfast lunch and dinner with good selections of wine.

::This is a great hotel. Decor is pretty traditional but it is very nice. It has spacious rooms and a good pool. It is also very close to the Shwedagon Pagoda and other attractions.

I wonder if it's due to good marketing. Located away from downtown, walkable to Shwedagon Pagoda. The establishment and staff is great but definitely needs to readjust room prices, combat in-room mosquito problems, remove compulsory dinners and improve water pressure. Sorry I couldn't be more positive about this review.
