::35,000 MMK local, 35 USD foreigner. Nice enough room, bathroom with good hot water. Fridge with sodas and canned beer and complimentary 1.5lt water. Hair dryer, hot water maker for tea, but only 2 TV channels though out of Skynet's possible 100+. Eager to please staff, limited English. Mediocre and very limited breakfast. But hey, there's no street noise and it's comfortable.
